HQ Property is the latest venture from Brisbane property specialist Shannon Davis, with the mission to provide a high-end property investment and management service for clients who want to grow their net worth through property. Our end-to-end service means that we can fulfil any of your property portfolio needs, from concept right through to completion.
We are a small, close-knit, and friendly team that pride ourselves on clear and honest communication to make sure our clients’ needs are met.

Shannon
Director
A former schoolteacher, Shannon joined the real estate industry in 2009. He helped grow a then-small company, Image property, from 250 managements to well over 5,000 managements. Shannon has also worked at Metropole for 4 years as a Buyer’s Agent and Property Strategist.
HQ property is Shannon’s newest venture, helping build property portfolios from the ground up. He loves seeing the end project, knowing how much work and effort has gone into the process, and taking his clients out to lunch to celebrate their pride in the finished result.

Kimberley
Senior Property Manager
With 6+ years in the real estate industry, Kimberley started working with Shannon in 2017 as a property manager. Kimberley prides herself on being proactive and having great attention to detail, so that clients are in safe hands and issues are anticipated before they arise.
Clients often praise Kimberley for her clear communication style, and she loves the variety of her role and the many ways it allows her to make the clients happy.
Carla De Vecchi
Sales Assistant
With over 6 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary and Executive Assistant in Government Organisations Carla needed a change of scenery and was employed as a Property Manager’s Assistant in 2019 by Shannon (formally Image Property). Carla is now Shannon’s right hand (wo)man for HQ Property as a Sales/Personal Assistant.
Carla loves the diversity of the role, from networking, marketing, to preparing a home for sale, no two days are the same. “Not to mention the potential for growth within the industry”.

Assistant Property Manager
Studying a degree in Property Economics in her spare time, our assistant property manager Claudia is driven and hungry for knowledge. As well as assisting Kimberly on the property management and administration front, Claudia is also interested in the property development field.
Claudia enjoys meeting clients and finding out how to deliver what they need, and she loves the variety that a role in the real estate industry provides.
