What You’ll Do

Greet clients and manage front-of-house

Answer phones and monitor emails

Manage keys and handle ad-hoc admin tasks

Learn property management processes to prepare for future growth

Work full-time with occasional paid Saturday work
What We’re Looking For

Confident, warm, and patient communicator

Detail-oriented, down-to-earth, and adaptable to varied tasks

Comfortable with Outlook and general computer skills

Previous admin experience preferred; real estate experience not required

Willing to complete a real estate certificate (paid by us)
