Do You Have An Emergency Repair?
At HQ Property, we prioritize clear communication and fast action when it comes to property maintenance. To help us address your concerns as quickly as possible, we ask all tenants to report maintenance issues in writing. The easiest way to do this is via the Ailo app, which is designed to streamline communication between tenants and property managers. However, if you prefer, you can also email us directly.
For emergency maintenance, we recommend giving us a quick call in addition to reporting the issue online. This ensures we can respond promptly, especially if we're out of the office or if there's a high volume of requests. A phone call allows us to assess the situation and take immediate action if needed.
If the issue occurs outside of office hours, it’s important to know what qualifies as an emergency repair. The Queensland Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) website provides a detailed guide on emergency repairs, and we strongly encourage you to refer to it if you’re unsure. Getting this right is essential—failure to do so could result in unnecessary costs.
For your convenience, our list of emergency maintenance trades is regularly updated. You can find the most current details in your lease agreement or welcome pack, which should include relevant contact information.

By following these guidelines, you help ensure that maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently, protecting both your home and your peace of mind.
